Because I now want to be able to comment, dismally: all of this nonsense that Wolters reports is consistent with the stupid and intellectually bankrupt notion of the unitary executive. Under the SCOTUS ratified unitary executive theory, the lowest of statisticians has to satisfy the will of the chief executive. These were grown men, and one woman, who decided in favor of such nonsensical “original intent.“ didn’t they talk to their children or grandchildren before sanctifying such meretricious glop?
They are busy funding his ballroom, his golden arch, and his endless election subversion efforts. The problem isn't just Donald, its his whole corrupt party.
Thanks, Justin. The erosion of objective truth via "alternative facts"—now explicitly targeting the integrity of the U.S. Census—has paved the way for this grim reality. If we ever turn things around, the structural rebuild of our basic public institutions will take years, but the American public has zero patience for long-term timelines. We demand instant results. If a new administration takes over and doesn't fix everything by the midterms, the opposition will weaponize that impatience with grievances and slander. We desperately need a Ross Perot-style figure to give the public some straight talk on how slow institutional and macroeconomic recovery actually is.

WOW, that was absolutely spot on! Somehow the media is deeply economically/financially illiterate and we need to help them understand what is happening here. Their coverage is turning to RU state media and its very alarming.
MAGA is slowly devolving America into a developing nation. Studies prove that autocracies who embrace this level of corruption do not end well. WE need to demand Congress do its job and send the MAGAs packing. America is being turned into a failed state in honor of one orange clown and his kakistocratic syndicate. It's time we demand they actually do their job and the best way is to vote them all out forever.
In the meantime, I look forward to the next jobs reports that are simply a piece of paper with the words, 'HUGE JOBS' in sharpie and inflation numbers of -1000% all signed w/ the govt body being your favorite disinformer in chief -- DJT. He's got all the best numbers, all the best ideas. 🙄👎
