This week was a big one for economic news and data. I explain to Stacey why this latest round of tariffs is the dumbest one yet, and she brings in some reporting to highlight how small businesses are struggling under the weight of constant chaos and confusion.
Then we dig into the Fed and why markets reacted poorly to Handsome Kevin’s press conference in which he said not much of anything. Finally, we discuss the latest, lackluster GDP numbers and compete in a “Chart vs. Chart” contest that you get to be the judge of.

Sorry Stacey, but I think Justin’s chart is more illuminating. We knew not-handsome Zuckerberg, Musk, et al were propping up GDP with their fly by night investments in data centers, IT, etc. They are among the worst enablers of the current regime.

I know Justin will give you a pillow anyway and, let's face it, you are probably contributing to Justin's early demise with those peanut butter bombs---but---if that's what he wants.
